We take privacy protection very seriously and adhere to the EU-DGSVO (European Data Protection Regulation). The data is stored in encrypted form and cannot be viewed by us. In the event of a positive, reportable finding, the report is made to the responsible health authorities. In the case of PCR tests, the data is forwarded to the respective accredited laboratory via internal interfaces. The data is stored on servers in Germany for a maximum of 14 days for documentation purposes and then automatically deleted irrevocably.

No. Sample collection is absolutely painless. For self-tests, with nasal and throat swab or with spit, depending on the product. For PCR tests by a 60 second mouth rinse.

Currently we have a cooperation with UPS Healthcare. The WebApp shows you the next drop-off location and time for sample collection.

We guarantee 24 months for PCR tests from the date of purchase. For the self-tests it is usually 18 months.

All I have to do here is carry the digital report in my smartphone or as a printed copy next to my ID card/passport.

Can I travel with the test result?2021-07-12T00:19:41+02:00

The negative result in digital form (or as a copy) shows my test result and enables border crossing if this is possible within the scope of the respective national regulations by a self-test or PCR result.

The result is recognized everywhere where a PCR laboratory result not older than 48 hours or a self-test not older than 24 hours is sufficient as proof of legitimacy.

You will perform the test according to the instructions in front of your running camera. This video will be used by the lab to determine your identity. After taking the sample, you send the set to one of our laboratories with our shipping partner and receive a digital medical laboratory report approx. 24 hours after receipt in the laboratory. Of course, everything is within the framework of the data protection law. A positive test result is reportable based on the epidemic law.
